lyrics

THIS WILL EVER END: you're around when you want to be, and I love it when you are, but your not around for me, no you're not around for me, and you take from me my shiny dimes and you match me when you can, but you rarely share yourself with me, yeah, help it as you can, and there comes time when a losing man finally wakes up to see, that he can't afford to lose himself in dreams that'll never be, well I ain't got nothing and I beat it all, didn't think it would matter much, but losing it seems is more than green, when I've lost things I'll never touch. steadfast in humility, and humbled by the pain, when lighting strikes on me again, I don't know that I'll act the same. good fortune drives a fastback car and I'm not sure I'll see her when she comes, be best if you point her out to me, the times have left me weary and dumb. in fact if you don't have a heavy load it be nice if you pack me up, I'll do anything not to be alone, I'm hard pressed at finding luck, you know it's just I'm tired and things will never be the same, and looking hard but I just can't seem to find how this, will ever end.
